Dear photo - on the photographer templates Mainz artists market (last night) a person has banned heavily and vociferously me, to photograph their stand. She threatened me with criminal charges (?) due to Verletzng of the copyright on their Werken.Erstens... wrong forum, there are the legal forum here.
Secondly... public space-> freedom of panorama
Thirdly... copyright law concerns the publication or display of "copy", not create. Photographing can you not ban them, unless it was private property and it has a house right. What can prohibit you, is to get the photos out of the drawer. It looks like, if the images are only an accessory in the photo someone else must explain.
